Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern the use of the BizDEC Digital Marketing Dashboard, operated by PT ATMI BizDEC (“BizDEC”, “we”, “us”, or “our”).

By accessing the dashboard or connecting a TikTok account, you agree to these Terms of Service.

1. Purpose of the Service

The BizDEC Digital Marketing Dashboard is used to consolidate and display authorized social media information for reporting, content evaluation, and digital marketing performance monitoring.

The dashboard may display authorized TikTok profile information, account statistics, and public video performance data.

2. Authorized Users

The dashboard is intended for authorized PT ATMI BizDEC personnel and approved account administrators.

Users must not provide dashboard access, login credentials, access tokens, or confidential information to unauthorized persons.

3. TikTok Account Authorization

The dashboard uses TikTok Login Kit and authorized TikTok API permissions.

When connecting a TikTok account, the user will be shown the permissions requested by the dashboard. The user may approve or decline those permissions.

The user may revoke the authorization at any time through their TikTok account settings. Revoking authorization may prevent the dashboard from retrieving updated TikTok information.

4. Information Accessed

Depending on the permissions granted, the dashboard may access:

  • Basic TikTok profile information;
  • Username, profile link, biography, and verification status;
  • Follower count, following count, total likes, and video count;
  • Public video information;
  • Public engagement statistics, including views, likes, comments, and shares.

Information is accessed only after authorization by the TikTok account holder.

5. Use of Information

Authorized information is used only for:

  • Internal digital marketing reporting;
  • Social media performance monitoring;
  • Content evaluation and improvement;
  • Management reporting;
  • Maintaining the dashboard integration and synchronization process.

PT ATMI BizDEC does not sell TikTok user information.

6. Acceptable Use

Users must not:

  • Access accounts without authorization;
  • Attempt to obtain information beyond the permissions granted;
  • Misuse, alter, or interfere with the dashboard;
  • Use the dashboard for unlawful, deceptive, or abusive purposes;
  • Distribute information obtained through the dashboard without proper authorization;
  • Attempt to bypass security controls or TikTok platform restrictions.

7. Security

PT ATMI BizDEC applies reasonable administrative and technical safeguards to protect account credentials, access tokens, and dashboard information.

Users are responsible for protecting their own login credentials and must immediately report suspected unauthorized access.

8. Third-Party Services

The dashboard integrates with TikTok and may depend on third-party infrastructure and services.

TikTok services are governed by TikTok’s own terms, policies, technical requirements, and availability. PT ATMI BizDEC does not control TikTok’s platform, API availability, or changes to TikTok services.

9. Service Availability

We aim to maintain reliable access to the dashboard, but we do not guarantee that the service will always be uninterrupted, error-free, or continuously available.

Features may be modified, suspended, or discontinued for security, maintenance, compliance, or operational reasons.

10. Termination of Access

PT ATMI BizDEC may suspend or terminate dashboard access when:

  • A user is no longer authorized;
  • These Terms are violated;
  • There is a security or compliance risk;
  • Access is no longer required for organizational purposes.

Users may stop using the dashboard and revoke their TikTok authorization at any time.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms to reflect changes in the dashboard, applicable laws, security requirements, or third-party platform requirements.

The effective date at the top of this page will be updated when changes are made.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the applicable laws of the Republic of Indonesia.
