Program Description

This competency-based program develops participants’ capability to understand and apply fundamental entrepreneurship concepts, lead and manage entrepreneurial activities, understand organizational behaviour, generate and develop business ideas, analyze internal and external business environments, and formulate business strategies. The program progressively integrates creativity, SWOT analysis, operations and marketing, Business Model Canvas, and business planning to support the development of viable and structured business initiatives.
