Rooted in ATMI’s vocational education tradition since 1968, PT ATMI BizDEC was established in 2009 to bridge the world of vocational education and industry. We believe capability development goes beyond training. It starts by understanding real industrial needs, organizational challenges, and the people behind them—then translating those needs into practical learning, consultancy, and sustainable improvement.
Our work focuses on four interconnected areas: Business Development, Consultancy, Training Center, and Management Improvement. Working with industries, educational institutions, government, and development partners across Indonesia, ATMI BizDEC contributes as a system enabler in strengthening people, organizations, and the vocational–industry ecosystem.
