Method

Instructor-led explanation and demonstration, guided technical drawing and measurement exercises, workshop practice, supervised NC/CNC machine setup, program setting and editing exercises, hands-on machine operation, process monitoring, and integrated practical assignments.

Requirements

Basic workshop and machining knowledge is recommended. Participants should be prepared for hands-on machine practice and comply with applicable workshop and machine safety requirements.

Target Participants

Prospective and junior NC/CNC machine operators, machining and production technicians, vocational students, and instructors involved in manufacturing or machining operations.

Learning Output

Participants can apply OHS and quality procedures, interpret technical drawings, perform dimensional measurements, use hand tools and general mechanical machines, set up NC/CNC machines, set and edit existing machine programs, and safely operate and monitor basic machining processes.
