Electro-Pneumatic System Operation to Industrial Competence
Back to ServicesProgram Description
This program develops participants’ practical competence in operating, analyzing, and troubleshooting electro-pneumatic systems commonly used in industrial automation. Participants learn pneumatic and electrical control fundamentals, understand electro-pneumatic components and circuit diagrams, operate control systems, and apply systematic troubleshooting techniques through hands-on industrial simulation and practical exercises.
Method
Instructor-led technical sessions, demonstrations, hands-on practice, circuit simulation, guided exercises, troubleshooting cases, and competency-based practical assessment.
Requirements
Basic knowledge of electrical and mechanical systems.
Basic understanding of pneumatic principles is recommended.
Ability to read simple technical diagrams is recommended.
Target Participants
Production technicians, maintenance technicians, automation technicians, machine operators, engineering staff, vocational teachers/instructors, and other personnel involved in industrial automation and equipment operation.
Learning Output
Participants are able to identify and operate electro-pneumatic components, interpret and construct basic electro-pneumatic circuits, execute system operation according to defined sequences, and systematically identify and resolve common operational faults in industrial electro-pneumatic systems.
Program Advantages
The program emphasizes hands-on industrial application, enabling participants to connect theoretical knowledge with actual electro-pneumatic equipment operation while developing systematic problem-solving and troubleshooting skills required in industrial production and maintenance environments.
