Electrical Engineering Drawing for Industrial Application

Back to Services

Program Description

A competency-based training program designed to develop participants’ ability to create, interpret, modify, and document electrical engineering drawings for industrial applications. The program progresses from fundamental electrical drawing principles and symbols to schematic development, panel and control documentation, CAD-based drafting, and an integrated industrial electrical drawing project.

Certification Industry - Solidwork CSWA-E
Duration 40 JP

Method

Instructor-led technical explanation and guided discussion.
Demonstration and hands-on electrical drawing exercises using CAD tools.
Case studies, drawing interpretation, troubleshooting, and project-based assessment.

Requirements

Basic knowledge of electrical and industrial engineering concepts.
Basic computer operation and familiarity with technical terminology.
Prior experience reading simple electrical diagrams is recommended but not mandatory.

Target Participants

Electrical engineers, engineering technicians, electrical technicians, maintenance personnel, panel builders, design staff, production technicians, and vocational graduates involved in industrial electrical systems.

Learning Output

Participants will be able to interpret electrical engineering drawings and independently produce clear, accurate, and standardized industrial electrical drawings, including electrical schematics, control circuits, panel documentation, and related technical details using appropriate drafting methods and CAD tools.

Program Advantages

The program combines electrical engineering fundamentals with practical drawing and CAD application, enabling participants to translate industrial electrical requirements into technically accurate documentation. It strengthens drawing interpretation, design communication, documentation quality, and practical readiness for industrial engineering, maintenance, and electrical project activities.
