This competency-based training develops participants’ ability to maintain CNC machines, diagnose equipment abnormalities, and perform systematic troubleshooting to minimize downtime and maintain production continuity. The program combines preventive maintenance, mechanical and electrical systems, CNC control systems, pneumatic and auxiliary systems, fault diagnosis, root-cause analysis, and corrective action through practical industrial cases.

Basic knowledge of CNC machines and machining processes
