Program Description

This competency-based training develops participants’ ability to maintain industrial equipment systematically to improve reliability, reduce unplanned downtime, and support production continuity. The program covers maintenance fundamentals, equipment inspection, preventive and predictive maintenance, mechanical and electrical systems, condition monitoring, troubleshooting, root-cause analysis, and practical reliability improvement.

Certification Certificate of Competency in Industrial Maintenance for Equipment Reliability, awarded upon successful completion of the training and competency assessment.

Instructor-led technical discussion and maintenance demonstrations
Hands-on inspection, measurement, maintenance, and troubleshooting practice

Basic knowledge of industrial machinery and maintenance processes
