Back to Services

Program Description

This program develops participants’ competency in managing workshop operations to improve productivity, efficiency, quality, and resource utilization. Participants learn practical approaches to workshop planning, production workflow, capacity management, workplace organization, performance monitoring, problem-solving, and continuous improvement within manufacturing and technical service environments.

Certification -
Duration 40 JP

Method

Instructor-led technical sessions, workshop management case studies, group discussions, process-mapping exercises, productivity analysis, problem-solving simulations, and practical improvement projects.

Requirements

Basic understanding of manufacturing or workshop operations.
Basic knowledge of production processes and workplace organization.
Supervisory or operational experience is recommended but not mandatory.

Target Participants

Workshop supervisors, production supervisors, production engineers, maintenance supervisors, workshop coordinators, team leaders, foremen, and personnel responsible for manufacturing or technical workshop operations.

Learning Output

Participants are able to plan and control workshop activities, analyze workflow and resource utilization, monitor operational performance, identify productivity constraints, and implement practical improvement actions to achieve more efficient, reliable, and productive workshop operations.

Program Advantages

The program focuses on the practical management of workshop operations, helping participants connect daily operational activities with measurable productivity outcomes while developing the ability to manage resources, identify bottlenecks, improve workflow, and drive continuous operational improvement.
