Program Description

This program develops practical leadership competency to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate Industry 4.0 transformation within an organization. The program covers INDI 4.0 assessment and categorization, organizational transformation priorities, cost-structure-based efficiency improvement, business-process transformation, human capacity building, agile organization, Lean Manufacturing, Smart Factory technologies, Maintenance 4.0, sustainability, and Energy Management Systems. Participants progressively apply these concepts through organizational assessment, transformation roadmap development, pilot-project planning, and evaluation of transformation impact.

Certification Certificate of Completion in Industry 4.0 Leadership & Transformation, awarded upon successful completion of the 40-JP training program and applied Industry 4.0 transformation project.

Method

Blended and competency-based learning consisting of instructor-led sessions, interactive discussion, case studies, assessment review, group exercises, business-process mapping, best-practice sharing, practical workshops, simulation, pilot-project development, presentation, and coaching. The learning process emphasizes practical application through organizational cases and transformation-project activities.

Requirements

Basic understanding of organizational management, business processes, or operational activities.
Basic understanding of Industry 4.0 or digital transformation concepts.
Participants should preferably have experience or involvement in organizational improvement, operations, technology, human capital, or transformation initiatives.

Target Participants

Managers, department heads, supervisors, business leaders, transformation leaders, operations managers, engineering managers, human-capital professionals, technology/digitalization professionals, and professionals responsible for organizational improvement and Industry 4.0 transformation.

Learning Output

Participants are able to assess Industry 4.0 readiness using relevant INDI 4.0 dimensions, identify transformation gaps and business opportunities, formulate cost-structure-based efficiency initiatives, develop transformed business processes and an Industry 4.0 roadmap, strengthen human capacity and organizational agility, evaluate appropriate Smart Factory technologies, formulate an Industry 4.0 pilot project, and evaluate its implementation and potential business impact.
