Program Description

This program develops participants’ ability to manage an industrial internship program in a structured, systematic, and effective manner. It covers internship planning and implementation, participant management, work rotation, occupational safety, learning monitoring, and coordination with schools or partner institutions. The program also supports the operational implementation of the Sistem Industri Ganda (SIGL) to ensure internship activities are measurable and sustainable.

Method

Blended learning combining instructor-led sessions, industry-based case studies, workshops, participant-management simulations, discussions, and sharing of best practices.

Requirements

1. Understand the work processes within the company.
2. Be involved in HR management or internship program management.
3. Have work experience in an industrial environment.

Learning Output

Participants are able to manage a structured and standardized internship program, including systematic participant onboarding, learning-based work rotation, occupational safety management, learning-progress monitoring, and effective coordination between industry and schools or partner institutions.
