Program Description

This program is designed to equip industry personnel with the competence to develop a structured and systematic Rencana Pelatihan Vokasi (RPV) that is relevant to actual work processes. Participants learn to understand the role of RPV within the SIGL-based apprenticeship system, map industrial work processes, identify required competencies, sequence learning activities, and develop workplace-based Training Tasks. Through an intensive workshop, participants directly produce an RPV document that can be implemented in the company.

Method

Blended learning combining instructor-led conceptual sessions, intensive workshops, industrial case discussions, practical exercises, individual/group coaching, and review and feedback of participant outputs.

Requirements

1. Understand the work processes within their respective work units.
2. Have relevant industrial work experience.
3. Be involved or expected to be involved in developing training programs.

1. HR / Training Officers in industry.
2. Production Supervisors / Leaders.
3. Prospective Workplace Trainers (PTK).
4. Company training program development teams.

Learning Output

Participants are able to develop an implementable Rencana Pelatihan Vokasi (RPV) that connects industrial work processes, required competencies, systematic learning sequences, and workplace-based Training Tasks to support company training and SIGL-based apprenticeship implementation.
