Since 2020, ATMI BizDEC has supported more than 300 customers and partner institutions across more than 25 Indonesian provinces. As of August 23, 2026, our programs have reached 466 trainees year-to-date. As a bridge between industry needs, vocational capacity, and national policy priorities, we combine training, consultancy, and sustained mentoring to translate institutional collaboration into practical capability-building for educators, institutional teams, and industry professionals. We work beyond one-off interventions: each program is designed not only to deliver immediate learning outcomes, but also to strengthen the people and systems that enable long-term improvement. As a system enabler, ATMI BizDEC helps institutions, educators, and graduates adapt to new technologies, evolving work processes, and industry expectations. This approach allows impact to extend beyond individual training sessions, supporting institutions as they embed new practices, strengthen internal capability, and build a more responsive connection between vocational learning and the changing needs of industry. In this way, each engagement contributes to capability that remains useful after the program is completed—from ATMI, for Indonesia.
